John is a builder by trade and has run his own construction business for more than 25 years. He takes pride in building to a high standard and taking the time to get the details right. John brings a touch of flair to every design, creating homes full of character that feel welcoming the moment you walk in.
Dan Skinner
Director
Dan leads Alma Homes with a clear focus: quality premium homes at a price that makes sense. A qualified accountant with years in the building industry, he brings a sharp eye for numbers to every project. His favourite moment is handing over the keys, knowing each home has been built well crafted by craftspeople he trusts.

Ella guides our buyers from first enquiry to handover with honesty, clear advice and a steady hand. Born and raised in Christchurch, she knows the local market and what makes a home feel right.
